I just bought a fresh clove of garlic for the first time and it was delicious! Fresh meaning like it just came out of the ground, it was still wet!

I've had relatively fresh (delivered in a box of local farm fresh veggies, probably less than 24 hours out of the ground) green garlic, and it was divine! (But I did cook it before eating it.)
