since i'm sprinklig tribes with condament recipes I got one for garlic...Mojo
thin sliced garlic could probally use an entire bulb
minced cilantro ,bout 1/8 cup
juice from 2 limes
one thin sliced sarrano, seeded
1 cup salad oil
season salt and pepper
..place in mason jar ,refrigerate
serve as a vinagrette over fish or chicken

    thin pale grenn chilies bout11/2- 2 inches long. they have a little bit of heat
