I was looking for a small, simple dinner, and I ended up turning it extraordinary while still keeping it fairly simple. I figured I’d share it here.
I decided on some Campbell's "Soup At Hand" Creamy Tomato Soup. I always have it with some grated parmesan cheese (I'm a parmesan freak, too) and while going into the fridge to get it, I noticed the leftover fettuccini that was there from the night before when I made Fettuccini Alfredo.
So I mixed it all up. I nuked the noodles in the microwave, poured my soup over it (added a little more cheese), and minced about 2 or 3 cloves of garlic. HEAVEN! So simple, yet so satisfying!
