Who else throws some cloves in whenever their oven is going to be on for a while? I do I do! I wrap it in some foil, dribble a little olive oil in, add some italian herbs, yum yum. I have now even gotten my 7 year old to eat & love fresh chopped garlic by introucing him to this cullinary method.
