TOO MUCH GARLIC???

Best grilled! Could bake the beast too!!!

3 heads of garlic (peeled)
4 Habanero peppers
2 inches of Ginger
10 Jalapeno peppers.
2 Onions.
Cumin, Tumeric, Black Pepper, Corriander seeds to taste (about a TBS of each)
---- Puree above in Food Processor with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
Marinate Chicken, beef, pork or what have you in above for 6 hrs.
Grill the resulting mess with more Half Jalapenos, Onions and Tomatoes.
Puree remaining marinade with roasted tomatoes and reduce to sauce.
Mix sauce and meat and whatever veggies you wish.
Return to grill.
Serve hot with prominent warning sign.
Best on a Friday PM as your guests will all stink like garlic and have burning rectums thru Monday afternoon!!!
